Playheyo apps currently covered by this policy do not require a separate Playheyo account and do not directly transmit personal information to Playheyo servers. If you contact us by email, we process your email address and message to respond and resolve the issue.
1. Scope and developer
This Privacy Policy applies to mobile games, related services, and this website provided by the developer Playheyo. If a specific app provides a separate privacy policy, that app-specific policy takes precedence.

2. Information we handle
Game usage information
Playheyo apps currently do not directly collect names, phone numbers, addresses, contacts, precise location, photos, camera data, or microphone data on Playheyo servers. Game progress and settings may be stored locally on your device and may be removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Email support information
If you contact us by email, we may process your email address, message, attachments, and any app version, device, or operating system information you voluntarily provide.
Google Play information
When an app uses Google Play installation, licensing, or in-app purchase features, Google may process device, account, payment, or diagnostic information under its own policy. Playheyo may receive limited purchase status or aggregated developer reports where necessary, but does not receive or store your full payment card details.
Website information
This website does not use account registration, a contact form, advertising cookies, or visitor analytics. Selecting an email link may open your default mail application.
Current baseline: This policy is written for apps that do not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, Playheyo accounts, or cloud saves. If any of these features are introduced, this policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosures will be updated to match the actual data practices before release.
3. Why we use information
- To answer support inquiries and troubleshoot errors or technical issues.
- To provide requested features such as purchase restoration or license verification.

4. Sharing and disclosure

- Local game data: Stored on your device and removable by uninstalling the app or using your operating system's clear app data feature.
- Legal retention: Limited information may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or protect security.

Playheyo applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature and scope of the information handled. Public policy pages should be hosted over HTTPS, and access to support information is limited to what is needed for the work.
No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information by email.
7. Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of support records associated with you. We may request the minimum information needed to verify the request and will respond within a reasonable period.
